Fonctionnement
Water phase prepared in 80 L pre-tank (4 kW electric heat, 0.55 kW dispersion VFD 0–1400 rpm). Oil phase prepared in 60 L pre-tank (4 kW electric heat, 0.55 kW dispersion VFD 0–400 rpm). Both vacuum-sucked into 150 L main emulsifying vessel. Top homogenizer (Siemens 3 kW, 2900 rpm, SUS304 laser-cut rotor/stator) shears emulsion. Frame-and-scraper agitator with PTFE scraper (1.1 kW VFD, 0–86 rpm) wipes vessel walls in both directions. Rotary-vane vacuum pump (0.37 kW). Hydraulic lid lift (1.5 kW). Discharge by tilt or custom no-dead-corner bottom valve.
