Sugar melted in 300L cooker (1.5kW, 1100x1100x1500mm, 255kg). Starch base prepared in 220V 2.2kW pasting machine (1350x500x1280mm, 150kg). Mass cooked in two 300L oil-heated jacketed mixing cookers (3kW each). Six-screw three-color extruder (34.5kW: 3x7.5kW main screws + water-cycle heating for stable temperature) forms candy. Cooling tunnel (9.5m, 7-layer, 2x7kW built-in chiller, 2 dehumidifiers). Cutting machine (3.5kW? see note), then pillow packing machine (300mm film, 50-150 bags/min, 3.5kW, 380V).
