Fonctionnement
Products are fed into the machine. A high-sensitivity photoelectric color-mark sensor tracks the film color mark for precise seal-cut positioning. Three Veichi servo motors independently control bag length, feed speed, and temperature. An anti-cut safety clutch protects packaged items during the seal-cut operation. Independent PID temperature control on each zone ensures consistent shrink quality across different film materials. The dual-temperature-zone shrink tunnel uses high-efficiency hot-air circulation with automatic temperature control to achieve uniform shrinkage. A waste-film recovery device collects trim waste, improving packaging aesthetics and saving 20–30% film compared to traditional folded-film machines. Motor brake control provides rapid response. Optional coder or inkjet printer can be integrated.
