Fonctionnement
Conveyor belt transports flat-topped products through a label dispensing station. A photoelectric product sensor detects each incoming product; a separate label sensor detects label gaps on the release liner. The Panasonic PLC controls a stepper-driven label head (Leadshine/BALE traction motor) that peels the label from the carrier and presses it onto the product top surface in synchronization with conveyor speed. Optional THE WAY coder prints batch/date information on each label.
Processus de fonctionnement
