Fonctionnement

Bucket elevator lifts product to multi-head combination weigher; weigher drops the metered dose through chute into the formed pouch (formed around the elephant-trunk forming tube from roll film); servo-driven film pull advances film; horizontal and vertical heat seals close the pouch; temperature control ensures uniform sealing; coder optionally prints date; pouch is cut and discharged onto conveyor.
