Fonctionnement
Materials are charged into the 150 L sealed cylindrical tank. The jacket carries hot/cold media (max 115 °C, <0.1 MPa) to bring the cylinder body up to 100 °C. The top-mounted paddle stirrer (60 rpm, 0.37 kW explosion-proof motor with mechanical seal) homogenises the contents. CIP spray ball enables clean-in-place washing.
