Fonctionnement
Raw materials are loaded into the fluidized bed; cold air passes through a pre-filter and enters the main unit, heated to the required temperature in the heating chamber. Material inside the fluidized bed is periodically fluidized; evaporated moisture is extracted by the exhaust fan, and binder is sprayed via nozzle to coat and agglomerate particles into granules.
