Roll-fed laminate film passes through a former and is back-sealed into a tube; volumetric measuring cups (with cup change to set fill volume from 1-100 g) drop powder into the tube; horizontal jaws perform 3-side or 4-side heat seals (toothed cutter or flat cutter selectable). Step-motor pull-bag fixes bag length without parts change; smart photoelectric (Julong) registers printed films; PID controller on jaw temperature adapts to various film laminates.
