Fonctionnement

Powder is dosed through a hopper + agitator into a screw step-motor whose rotation count (set on HMI) determines fill weight. Roll-fed laminate film passes a forming collar, is shaped into a tube, vertically heat-sealed, then pulled down a set bag length by a step-motor (color-mark photoelectric registration when film is printed). The cross seal/cutter cycles to seal-fill-seal-cut. Date code is printed on each bag.
