Fonctionnement

Tablets are loaded into the rotating coating pan (tilted 15°–45°, speed 0–20 rpm, VFD controlled). The pan rotates continuously causing tablets to tumble and make multiple passes through the spray zone. Coating liquid is atomised by a high-atomisation spray gun (RA-C1) and evenly deposited on the tumbling tablets. Simultaneously, controlled hot air (room temperature up to ~80 °C) from the inlet fan flows into the pan to rapidly dry the coating film, forming a firm, fine, complete and smooth surface film. The drum rotates clockwise; rotary speed is adjusted by the frequency converter.

Nettoyage et entretien

Pre-production: wipe outer surfaces with clean wet towel; wipe inside with wet towel; wipe coating drum with clean towel then 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: same procedure. Spray gun must be rinsed with pressurised water after each shift to prevent clogging. Worm gear oil in reducer should be checked/replaced within 6 months.
