Fonctionnement

Material is fed through the hopper into the crushing chamber where a wind-wheel high-speed rotating turbine knife creates a powerful airstream while moving teeth on a rotating gear disc shear, impact and grind material against the fixed gear disc. The strong airflow pulls the heat and finished powder out of the chamber together through the screen (mesh), preventing thermal degradation. Centrifugal force drives finished powder into the collection bag; fine dust is captured by the cloth-bag dust collector (1.5 kW) and recovered into a dust collection box. Final fineness is set by screen mesh selection (20–120 mesh).

Pre-production cleaning per Section 5.2.1: wipe machine outer surface with clean wet towel, wipe inside with wet towel, wipe hopper with clean towel then with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift cleaning per Section 5.2.2: wipe inside and outside with clean wet towel, wipe hopper with wet towel then 75% industrial alcohol. After long disuse, wipe machine clean, coat metal surfaces with rust-proof oil, and cover with dust cloth. Avoid operating in <0°C or >40°C, corrosive air, conductive dust, strong magnetic/electric fields, condensation or high-vibration sites.
