Products move on a powered SUS304 conveyor belt past an empty-pack photoelectric sensor and onto a load-cell weighing belt. The proprietary single-chip MCU with unique filtering algorithm derives the dynamic weight in real time. The colour HMI compares against the per-product upper/lower limits (or grade thresholds) and triggers the selected reject mechanism (push-plate, flip-plate, or air-blow) to remove out-of-spec items. Auto zero-tracking compensates for drift; auto-learn captures conveyor parameters for new products.
