Fonctionnement

Tablets/pills/granules are loaded into a 1,500 mm-diameter water-chestnut-shape pan. The pan rotates at 20 rpm at an adjustable 15°–45° tilt while inner + outer heaters (2 kW + 2 kW) supply controlled heat. Coating syrup is sprayed onto the tumbling cores; a 550 W blower removes moist air. Repeated coating/drying cycles build a glossy sugar coat; a final polishing pass produces the shiny finished tablet.
