Fonctionnement

Horizontal stirring shaft carries inner and outer ribbon (helix) blades. Outer helix pushes material along the cylinder wall toward the discharge port; inner helix pushes material near the shaft axially in the opposite direction. The opposing convective flow tumbles material end-to-end and inside-out, achieving rapid uniform mixing. After mixing, the cylinder is tilted to discharge via the bottom discharge valve.

Nettoyage et entretien

Avoid moisture on electrical lines. Inspect fasteners and electrical insulation before each run. Adjust V-belt tension to prevent slipping or overheating. Replace reducer oil every 3 months. Lubricate rolling bearings with high-temperature grease (fill to 1/3 cavity).
