Fonctionnement
The machine adopts mechanical and electrical integration design, composed of sensing, photoelectric, pneumatic, heating, and mechanical mechanisms. Forming material is preheated then enters the forming device; the upper and lower molds are locked by cam action with sealing rings (no air leakage) and positive-pressure air blowing forms the blister. The material is loaded into the blister through a feeding device or manually. The cam action seals the upper and lower molds for heat sealing (upper mold cylinder-buffered). The punching device cuts finished plates. All actions are automatic with fault/material-shortage alarms and auto-shutdown.
