Fonctionnement
Wet-grinding via high-speed relative motion between fixed and rotating discs (140 mm diameter) at 2920 rpm. Material entering the 15 L hopper is drawn into the adjustable gap (0.01-3 mm) where strong shear, friction, and high-frequency vibration tear, emulsify, and homogenise particles down to >=2 um fineness. Cooling water connection (10 mm pipe) limits heat rise; tungsten-carbide mechanical seal isolates the milling chamber.
