Auto loader → top hopper → primary vibratory feeder → intermediate vibratory feeder → servo conveyor lines tablets up single-file → vision inspection zone (high-speed camera images each tablet, image-processing system tracks individual tablet from entry to exit, analyses defects in real time) → judgement signal sent to control system before tablet leaves zone → SMC high-speed solenoid valve actuates rejection at precise location for defective tablets; good tablets pass to good-product bin.
