Loaded into hopper (manual or auto loader) → capsule pre-sorter → 8 or 14 PE lanes (transferred via Schneider servo motor) → 360° rotation while 3-6 high-pixel color cameras with custom light sources image full barrel + both domes → high-speed image processor analyzes via custom algorithms → defective capsules rejected pneumatically (SMC) to reject bin → good capsules exit to good-capsule bin. All defect data saved in real time for traceability and analysis.
