Fonctionnement

Isobaric (counter-pressure) filling for CO2-containing beverages: bottles are conveyed to the 14-head sterile-water rinser (0.25 MPa), then to the 12-station counter-pressure filler that equalises chamber and bottle pressure before filling carbonated liquid (preserving CO2), then to the 5-station capper. Caps are continuously fed by SED-Z-D belt-and-blower cap elevator (filtered air) which auto-starts/stops based on cap-rail level.
