Fonctionnement
Products are conveyed via inline conveyor into the material-organizing mechanism, counted, and fed into the machine's tank chain. Photoelectric eye detects products; the machine automatically opens cartons. Product (and leaflet, if configured) is pushed into the carton; the machine automatically completes box sealing. Servo/stepper motor and PLC-programmed control with HMI display. Photoelectric tracking: no product — no carton drawn, minimizing packaging material waste.
