Fonctionnement

The machine uses an eccentric inner-hole center-shaft structure with variable-frequency drive to generate a vibrating (oscillating) motion. Working cycle: bottle-in → counting → bottle-filling → bottle-out. Bottles are conveyed to the filling hopper; the counting module counts to the target quantity; when count is reached the machine automatically fills and discharges. The machine stops automatically when no bottle is present at the intake or when bottles pile up at the outlet, resuming automatically when the condition clears. Bottle separation is controlled by pneumatic cylinders.
