Fonctionnement

The machine comprises a machine head (motor + pair of drive rollers), body (outer housing, powder chamber, and 130 mm diameter sifting drum), and frame (inner/outer sleeves with spring). The motor drives the rollers which rotate the sifting drum clockwise (viewed from the front). When operating, the dusting chamber and material inlet/outlet are under negative pressure, preventing dust emission. Drum rotation speed is adjustable via a potentiometer on the speed controller to match tablet press output speed. Compressed air (4 kgf) is supplied for scavenging. The inlet/outlet height and angle are freely adjustable.

Nettoyage et entretien

After use, brush off all residual powder from all parts; clear powder in the storage chamber. If machine is idle for an extended period, cover with a cloth. Do not moisten electrical elements during cleaning. Monthly: check O-ring on rollers for wear and verify roller and bearing operation.
