Horizontal form-fill-seal pouch line: (1) film unwound from inflatable shaft, (2) bottom punched and formed using a round disc to avoid bag-bottom damage; post-form punching avoids material contamination, (3) horizontal and vertical heat seal jaws (independent water-cooled, ±1°C), (4) Y-shape die cut for irregular contour without burrs, (5) servo pump doses liquid product, (6) servo carriage transfers bags through stations.
