Multi-lane long-screw volumetric dosing paired with vertical form-fill-seal: servo motor with planetary gearbox drives 7 long screws for precise per-lane dosing of poor-flowing powders. Composite film is fed with auto edge-tracking, formed into 7 tubes, four-side sealed (horizontal/vertical sealers controlled to ±1°C), and stamp-cut.
