Fonctionnement

Bottles are conveyed to the filling station; PLC + level sensor + photoelectric + pneumatic + solenoid valves provide automated control. Atmospheric liquid inlet → liquid column injected through damping-flow channel into bottle (reduces impact and foaming) → filling valve reverse-seals instantly on completion to prevent drips. Fill accuracy is auto-compensated by PLC across time, temperature, alcohol degree, and liquid-level control points. Full line flow: bottle washing (54-head intermittent dial + two wash cycles, first tap water second recycled clean water, square-tube isolation prevents cross-contamination) → filling → lamp inspection → capping (4-claw balanced head: deform then roll-thread and flange) → spider-arm air-knife 360° blow-dry → adhesive labeling (pneumatic roller + 3-roller positioning) → cap heat shrink → laser coding → case packing and sealing.
