SED-12YTG1-H is a 12-head servo-lift inline liquid filling and capping line, sized for small-batch food, beverage, pharmaceutical and daily-chemical bottling. Each filling head is a 316 stainless-steel magnetic gear pump

Fonctionnement
Bottles enter on the slat-chain conveyor; inline photoelectric sensor detects bottle presence and triggers the filling cycle. 12 filling nozzles servo-lift to the bottle neck; magnetic gear pumps fill by timed operation (adjustable from 3 mL); glass check valves prevent dripping. Optional dual 60W capping motors for screw-capping. Slat-chain conveyor (114 mm chain, 132 mm total width) runs at 0-20 m/min (adjustable).
