Fonctionnement
Caps are fed via a vibrating disc into the rotary 12-head pre-grip unit. Each head pre-grips the cap magnetically (adjustable magnetic torque) as the bottle passes beneath. The rotating heads apply the cap and tighten it to the set torque. A fibre-optic sensor counts output and detects missing bottles — no bottle, no cap is applied. Height adjustment uses a threaded elevating mechanism to accommodate different bottle heights.
