Bottles unloaded into unscrambler → air-jet cleaned → desiccant inserted (servo-positioned) → counted (dual-port 12-channel) → cotton inserted → screw-capped → induction foil sealed → self-adhesive labelled. All stations interlinked with PLC conveyor control, automatic pause on missing/jammed bottles.
