SED-12SJ-E — Capsule/Tablet Counting Line - Fully Automatic Counting Machine

Material from a 70 L stainless storage hopper feeds onto two banks of 16 linear vibrator + vibrating plates (A1 and A2, 75 mm spacing). A posture-adjustment module reduces in-flight orientation variance. A line-scan CCD camera (2K pixel, 8K line rate) running at up to 8000 fps under uniform LED backlight (5730 LED chips diffused through milky PC) scans particles falling between channels. Vision algorithm counts grains per channel and signals shutter cylinders at A-TOP / A-BOT to release the preset count into B compartment. Multi-stage A/B cascading allows continuous counting while one batch is dispensed downstream to a vertical cartoner. Out-of-spec particles are diverted via the overflow port back to a return chute.
