Fonctionnement
Materials are loaded into the elevator hopper. Through adjustment of multi-stage vibrating feeders, the bulk product gradually aligns into a continuous single-file queue along the vibrating channel plates and slides down to the discharge outlet, falling one-by-one into the counting zone. In the counting zone, each passing item interrupts an infrared dynamic-scan photoelectric sensor, generating a signal fed to the high-speed MCU, which coordinates electronic and mechanical systems to dispense the preset count.
