Static vacuum drying. 96 trays of material sit on two wheeled racks loaded into the chamber. Hot water from a 36 kW electric tank is circulated through the heating coils (main pipe ph57, branch ph32 and ph18) by a 1.5 kW pump. The 11 kW 2BV-series vacuum pump pulls chamber pressure to -0.096 MPa. Chamber temperature is automatically controlled from ambient up to 150 degC at +/-1.5 degC. Door uses a hinged rotary frame with manual hand-wheel clamp and silicone seal; auto pressure-relief valve DN20 on top.
