Fonctionnement

Wrapped products from the customer film-wrap machine ride a conveyor to a transfer/pick-and-place mechanism. An airplane-fold carton-erector forms each box and delivers it to the same transfer station. When sensors confirm both product and carton are in position, the transfer head loads product into carton; the loaded carton then transfers to a sealer that closes flaps automatically.
