SED-1270YJL-A is a 1270 mm (effective working width) high-end carbon-fibre prepreg production line composed of two coupled lines: a film-coating line (3–33 m/min, ~55 kW, 15 t) producing resin-coated release paper, and a

Fonctionnement

Film-coating line: release paper is unwound at constant tension (magnetic-powder brake, 5–30 kg, ±0.5 kg) with servo edge-correction. The web passes through a coating station of three Ø345 mm rollers (precision metering roller, coating roller and rubber roller); resin (8,000–200,000 cps) is fed from an in-line shell-and-tube melt unit and metered onto the heated coating roller (oil-heated, ±1 °C, 65–85 °C working temp), which transfers a uniform film onto the paper (gap servo-adjusted to 0.001 mm). An X-ray gauge measures coat weight; a chilled plate (10–15 °C, ±3 °C uniformity) cools the coated film, then a PE protective film is laminated by a Ø170 mm rubber-roller pair before constant-tension servo winding. Impregnation line: 400 fibre tows are pulled from a creel (1–10 N per tow), spread over 9 oil-heated rollers (S-roller + vibration spreaders) into a gap-free unidirectional band. Top and bottom resin films from the coating line are dispensed at constant tension, the PE protective films are stripped over chilled rolls, and the fibre band sandwiched between the resin films enters four pairs of Ø370 mm servo-driven compression rollers (gap 0.001 mm, surface temp ±1 °C, max 100 °C, max 60 kg/cm) interleaved with three heated plates (1000×1490 mm, oil-heated, max 150 °C). The fully impregnated prepreg is cooled (air + chilled water, 11–15 °C), the upper release paper is rewound, a fresh PE film is laminated, edges are trimmed by pneumatic cutters with six-claw scrap collector, and the prepreg is wound to Ø600 mm rolls under constant servo tension (700 N).
