Fonctionnement

Pre-mixed wet powder is fed into the granulating chamber. A gear-driven transmission spins the grinding knife (38–65 rpm) and the pressing blades (56–85 rpm) in opposite directions. The angled pressing blade forces material downward against a 125 mm cylindrical sieve while the curved-arc grinding knife uses centrifugal action to push the wet mass radially outward through 1–5 mm screen holes, forming uniform granules that are automatically discharged. Pressing-blade height is adjustable to suit material viscosity (lower for sticky material, higher for loose).

Nettoyage et entretien

Clean the machine completely after every shift or production run — no material is allowed to accrete on transmission parts as this increases load and shortens service life. After each use (or any stop longer than 15 min), remove material and dismount sieve cylinder, nut, pressing blade and grinding knife; wipe all parts clean (avoid wetting electrical components). Reassemble parts exactly as originally fitted. Renew gear-box oil at the half-yearly service (use machine oil GB443-64, viscosity ~5″–5.89° E50; oil level must not exceed top face of grinding-knife gear).
