Fonctionnement

Empty capsules are loaded into the hopper, fed into the magazine, and oriented (smaller end down) in the sorting block. Vacuum separates cap and body. The body is filled at a dosing station; powder homogenizer ensures even fill. The cap is checked; unseparated or faulty capsules are automatically rejected by a pin and vacuum. The two halves are rejoined and the finished capsule is discharged to a chute. The station is cleaned with an air blast each cycle.
