Custom organizing tray feeds regular-shaped products into the pillow-pack station. Riding servo motor drives the film knife. Photoeye color-mark tracking aligns seals and cuts to printed marks. Independent PID heaters maintain horizontal and vertical seal temperatures. Positioning-stop function parks the knife clear of the film when stopping.
