Fonctionnement
Disc feeder loads bottles → conveyor → unscrambler arranges bottles upright (rotary disc + nylon paddle) → bottles enter monobloc (in-feed → 12-head plunger fill → 12-head N2 purge → 8-head rotary capping with torque-adjustable heads or 4-knife aluminum-cap rolling) → vision inspection rejects damaged bottles/caps → manual lamp inspection (dual-station) → vertical round-bottle pressure-sensitive labeler. 60 L surge tank with float-controlled feed keeps the filler supplied.
