Fonctionnement
Roll film is fed, buffered and optionally date-printed, then formed into pouches. Servo carriage opens 1–3 pouches simultaneously and transports them through filling stations (servo-screw or servo-pump), then through top-seal 1 and top-seal 2. All 7 servo stations are coordinated by PLC for high-speed accurate pouch positioning. Independent horizontal and vertical seal heaters maintain ±1°C temperature.
