Empty 5-gallon barrels (Φ270 × 490 mm) are loaded into the wash carousel where six stations perform sequential disinfection and rinsing. Barrels then transfer to the filling station and finally to the capping/sealing station. Pneumatic actuation handles barrel positioning and capping.
