Fonctionnement
Tubes are fed via an external reversal feeding system into the cup-holder dies on the 42-station synchronous-belt union carrier. The carrier indexes through tube cleaning (optional), color-mark registration (Panasonic photoelectric, mechanical-linkage tolerance <0.2 mm), valve-body plunger filling (blow-cut nozzle, 3-180 ml, 316L contact, no-tube/no-fill protected), aluminum-tube manipulator folding for tail crimp, batch-number embossing (single or double side, with manufacture date), and discharge. Photo / electric / pneumatic integrative control with low-pressure alarm and auto-stop on tube error or open safety door.
