Fonctionnement
Material is unwound and fed by a servo-driven synchronous-belt rubber-roller feeder for fixed-length advance. The round-press forming roller (DC53 imported tool steel die, customer-specified) servo-presses and forms the patch. Release liner and three peel-off stations separate scrap webs. Finished patches stack on a receiving platform. Tension is controlled by 3 tension modules and analog edge-position correction.
