Fonctionnement
Film is unwound and tracked via Panasonic photo-eyes; the product conveyor delivers the lip mask between two film webs. A reciprocating heat-seal station closes all four sides of each pouch using cylinder-driven jaws under Yaskawa servo motion control, with Delta temperature modules holding seal temperature. A traction station advances the web, a perforation station optionally adds dotted lines for tear-open, and finished pouches discharge via the output conveyor.
