Fonctionnement

Powder is loaded into the SUS304 mixing bowl; bottom impeller (rotor stirring oar) provides circular, radial, and axial motion for dry mixing (2–120 rpm, 55 kW with inverter). Binder is added and wet mixing continues; the star chopper (100–2500 rpm, 22 kW) then breaks the wet mass into 20–80 mesh wet granules. Air sealing on both impeller and chopper shafts prevents powder ingress. Pneumatic lid opening and pneumatic auto discharge valve (Φ150 mm). CIP cleaning nozzles built in.
