Fonctionnement

Wind-wheel high-speed rotating blade (3300 rpm) and fixed gear disk crush material via impact, shearing and friction. Crushed material exits through a sizing mesh into the collection bag by centrifugal force; airflow simultaneously sweeps heat out with the finished product. A separate 4 kW pulse-jet bag-house collects fine dust and self-cleans the bags via compressed-air pulses, keeping pressure drop stable and the workspace clean.

Pulse-jet system self-cleans bags. For manual cleaning: open dust collection box door, remove filter bag for cleaning/replacement. Pre-/post-shift wipe outer/inner surfaces; sterilize hopper with 75% industrial alcohol.
