Material drops from the feeding hopper into a crushing chamber where a high-speed (3300 r/min) movable tooth disk runs in close clearance against a fixed gear disk. Impact between the tooth disks, friction along the gear faces and particle-on-particle collision break feed (≤12 mm) down to 20–120 mesh. The rotor doubles as an air-wheel — it generates a strong airflow inside the chamber that purges heat and pushes fines through a removable screen. Coarse product falls under centrifugal force into a collection cylinder; fines are pulled into the dust-collector box where a cloth filter bag retains them while clean air exits via the draft fan. Fineness is set by selecting screen mesh.

Nettoyage et entretien

Pre-shift: wipe outer surfaces with damp cloth; open machine and wipe interior; wipe hopper with clean cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inside/outside with damp cloth and disinfect hopper with alcohol. Toolless disassembly path for chamber cleaning: open door cover → remove mesh rack → unscrew cap nut → remove movable tooth disk → unscrew gear-ring screws → remove gear ring → unscrew bearing-seat connection screw → remove bearing seat. Replace reducer lubricant and bearing grease at least every 6 months.
