Fonctionnement

Bottle feeder (SED-10GPJ-F, Φ800 rotating turntable) sorts bottles into single-lane conveyor. 12-head servo piston pumps lower into bottles for bottom-up filling (servo lift prevents foam). Transfer star wheel. 8-head planetary magnetic screw-capping heads grip caps from vibratory sorter and screw them onto bottle necks; magnetic torque is adjustable to protect cap/thread. Outfeed conveyor.

1Bottle feeder (SED-10GPJ-F, Φ800 rotating turntable) sorts bottles into single-lane conveyor.

212-head servo piston pumps lower into bottles for bottom-up filling (servo lift prevents foam).

3Transfer star wheel.

48-head planetary magnetic screw-capping heads grip caps from vibratory sorter and screw them onto bottle necks; magnetic torque is adjustable to protect cap/thread.

5Outfeed conveyor.
