Fonctionnement

Bottles are conveyed by infeed mesh belt to the filling position for positioned dispensing. 12-head piston pump filling handles different liquid concentrations; pipeline has no dead angles or blind tubes; quick-disconnect (sanitary clamp) connections. Fill volume adjusted from touchscreen. After filling, bottles are transferred via a dial wheel to the capping station: roller-type rotary tracking stoppering — whole-rotation stopper pickup, vertical lift + synchronous rotation + tracking-progressive capping structure. Stopper vibration plate and track in 304 SS, easily removable for sterilization. Main machine and fill/lift motion are synchronously controlled.
