Fonctionnement

Fully automatic uniform motion. Glass bottle transfer and positioning devices are accurate and reliable, ensuring bottles are not broken even at high speed. Infeed, filling, and outfeed speeds can be continuously variable-frequency regulated and coordinated with filling speed. Filling uses a linear stainless steel metering pump; the pipeline system has no leakage. Rotating tracking stopper insertion, integrated rotating cap pickup, vertical lifting, synchronous rotation, and tracking progressive insertion structure. Vibration cap arranger and track made of 304 SS, easily removable for sterilization. Magnetic capping head with adjustable magnetic force for high-quality capping without damaging the cap surface.
