SED-11GQR-S In-line high-shear grinding emulsifier — combines a colloid-mill stage and a 6F triple-stator/triple-rotor ultra-fine emulsifying disc in one machine: grind first, then emulsify. Throughput 0-1500 L/h (water)
Fonctionnement
Material is drawn vertically into the housing → Stage 1: colloid mill (three-tier grinding teeth, gap adjustable, ~75 mm head diameter) wet-grinds particle-size reduction → Stage 2: 6F triple-stator/triple-rotor ultra-fine emulsifying disc (rotor tip speed 0–51 m/s at 10500 rpm) homogenises the milled material → discharged through sanitary clamp outlet DN32. Burgmann double mechanical seal cooled by refrigerant. Jacket port G1/8 accommodates cooling water, thermal oil, or steam (max 120°C / 2.5 bar).
