Fonctionnement
Pre-formed blister tray loaded into the lower jig; sealing film (alu foil, paper-foil, composite film, dialysis paper, Tyvek) placed on top. Operator presses START; the Φ100 mm Cossol pneumatic cylinder drives the heated seal plate (220 × 120 × 20 mm, set 0-200 °C above ambient by PID controller via PT100 thermocouple) down at 0.6-0.8 MPa onto the blister flange, dwells for the set time, then retracts. SDA-style pneumatic stroke and AirTAC solenoid 4V210-08 control the cycle.
